Mental Health
Mental health is about how you feel in your mind.
When you have a problem with your mental health you might find:
- it hard to make decisions
- you feel unhappy a lot of the time
- it hard to cope with life.
Talking to someone can help you feel better.
Some of the things that could help include:
- taking time off to relax
- counselling - this is special time for you to talk with someone
- joining a support group
- medication - this must come from a doctor
- a short stay in hospital.
