Changes to families

Two children from a family

Most families have their good times and bad times.

Sometimes families have problems that they find too hard to sort out.

This can lead to families splitting up.

This might make you feel sad and upset. It is normal to feel this way.

Ask to talk to your Connexions personal adviser or social worker if there are problems at home. They will listen to you and might be able to help.

Dealing with a death is never easy. It will take time to learn to cope with the situation and your feelings.

Sometimes it isn't easy to say how you feel to other members of your family.

Connexions personal advisers can help you talk about your feelings. They can put you in touch with people who can help.
